Would you like a baguette?
One of the original IT bags, The Baguette by Fendi sold out when released and even had a cameo on SATC in the scene where Sarah Jessica Parker's bag is snatched- I swear it wasn't me.
Usually I am accustomed to my large totes that are great for throwing everything in; magazines, hairbrush, purse, perfume, deoderant, drink bottle, the kitchen sink. However, since I've become an old woman of 20 I've started to take pride in keeping my belongings all pretty and organised. What a way to show the world- I AM REALLY TIDY AND AM EXTREMELY ORGANISED with a chic little bundle. Everybody knows that women with small handbags are stereo-typically clean and smell good because a small handbag is associated with well-groomed and sophisticated ladies who don't need lots of grooming products and so naturally, intimidate women that do. The Fendi Baguette gained it's tittle as it is supposed carried underneath your shoulder like a baguette.....although I've never really done that with a piece of bread before.

Stripes on stripes
SHOPAHOLIC:
Definition via UrbanDictionary.com
Hi my name is Emily and I am a shopaholic.....although I am hoping that others with my addiction understand the knowledge that Boxing Day is an unnegotiable retail relapse, I do hope that no shopaholics feel the need to fight and kill for their "desire item". In my case, under the influence of sales I simply felt I had too much to buy and committed misdemeanors such as changing outside of a change-room and breaking it down on the S-floor (well imagining that I was when I got to Zimmermann). I also engaged in a little S and M- stripping of the mannequin.
For those of you who are familiar with shopaholism, here are a few tips I would like to share for when you have your sales goggles on.....
Someone addicted to be willing to do anything to the extreme to buy what she/he wants. It doesn't necessarily has to be something they NEED.
Things to the Extreme:
Camp outside their favorite store to be the first one in the store.
Steal money to buy things they want
Lie, Fight for their desire item
Kill someone if is necessary
And the crazy list continued..
Because my mom was a shopaholic she got into a divorced, ended up in dept, stole and killed for money and unfortunately she ended up in jail..Things to the Extreme:
Camp outside their favorite store to be the first one in the store.
Steal money to buy things they want
Lie, Fight for their desire item
Kill someone if is necessary
And the crazy list continued..

For those of you who are familiar with shopaholism, here are a few tips I would like to share for when you have your sales goggles on.....
1. There will always be more sales, whether sample, mid-year or next years christmas. Don't splash out on something that you are unsure about, sleep on it and if you change your mind go back to purchase. If it's gone there is a 99% chance you will find a replacement within another store or if your lucky, it may pop up somewhere at the end of the season and be further reduced.
2. Try not to purchase from chain-stores, this is your opportunity to have current season designer clothing in exclusive prints at wholesale prices!! unlike chain-store buys these pieces tend to still have value next season, which is great for selling on ebay. TIP: If something is reduced by 50% your purchasing for close to wholesale price (what the shop paid for it), anything over a 70% discount and the store is loosing money- Your winning!.
3. Write a list of what you need and what you have been dreaming of, if those items are not reduced after christmas and you are not willing to pay full price, don't settle for an alternative unless you love it more.
4. Even if your new years resolution is to loose 100 kilos, please refrain from buying things that do not fit properly because they are reduced.
4. Even if your new years resolution is to loose 100 kilos, please refrain from buying things that do not fit properly because they are reduced.
REMEMBER: Christmas sales aren't just in-stores they are online too! So make sure to compare pricey purchases. If something you were waiting for in-store has sold-out, don't loose hope-search online!.
